We have endeavored to maintain our website in a correct, complete and up-to-date state, but can by no means guarantee it. According to §7 paragraph 1 TDG, we, as a service provider, are responsible for our own content provided on our own pages, but not obliged to monitor transmitted or saved third-party information (§§ 8-10 TDG). However, should infringements come to our attention, we will remove the respective content promptly. The earliest point at which we can accept according liability is the point in time at which we became aware of the infringement. We expressly request according references.

In the case that our pages contain links to third-party websites, we explicitly emphasize that we have no influence on the contents of these websites.
